The Emmert Group has been specializing in the heavy haul transport and rigging industry since 1964. Our expertise in structural and mechanical transportation systems has allowed us to become a worldwide leader in the highly competitive transportation industry.

Part of our continued success in the transportation industry can be attributed to the ever evolving state-of-the-art transportation equipment, which has been engineered, manufactured, and utilized by Emmert personnel for heavy haul projects. Throughout the years we have been able to configure our equipment into transportation systems that accommodate the relocation of any type of heavy, over dimensional equipment, buildings, or other unique structures.

Such configurations have allowed Emmert International to continually accommodate any weight loading. The various equipment configurations have allowed Emmert International to relocate such notable objects as Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose Airplane, The Hubbell Telescope, and the 3.2 million pound brick Fairmont Hotel.

In addition, Emmert International also specializes in transporting equipment for the power, chemical and marine industries. Such notable companies as Asea Brown Boveri, Brown & Root and a wide array of utility companies have utilized our equipment to transport oil platforms and power transformers.

We have utilized our transportation systems to relocate ships, barges, power generation systems and chemical plants, via rail, land and sea. We have also performed chemical adherence to both federal and regional regulatory guidelines.
