HEAVY LIFT & RIGGING
Our line of specialized heavy lift and rigging equipment is engineered and built specifically for the unique demands of the most challenging projects.
Emmert International owns, maintains, and operates Gantry Lift Systems that are capable of lifting 700 tons. The Gantries employ telescopic octagon booms with an automatic cam lock system. They have synchronized proportional control with planetary self propel and can be operated on diesel, propane, or electric power.
The Emmert Towerlift System is ideal for heavy lifts in tight spaces. It is very compact and inherently stable and requires minimal or no guying. The system design allows shipment in 40-foot lengths to keep mobilization costs down. As a temporary support structure, the Towerlift system can be used in various ways to produce the most economical lifting arrangement. Strand jacks can be stationary or mounted on movable beams to traverse loads.
RIGGING AND LIFTING BEAMS
Emmert International has a large supply of certified rigging and lifting beams for many applications. We have standard rigging and lifting beams available in a wide range of lengths and capacities, and customized beams for lifting power generation equipment.
Emmert International owns, operates, and maintains hydraulic slide skid units capable of moving loads up to 500 tons. The graphite skid shoe on track system employs a 50-ton push cylinder that smoothly and efficiently moves heavy equipment.
Emmert International employs the use of several strand jacking systems capable of lifting up to 500 tons. Coupled with state-of-the-art hydraulic power packs our systems provide fail-safe security, remote operation, and precise elevation adjustment. Our stand jack system can be used in stationary applications or with our track systems allowing very flexible transports.

GOLDHOFER SELF PROPELLED TRAILER

Emmert International’s fleet of self-propelled trailer systems, manufactured by Goldhofer, is an ideal customizable solution to restricted transportation problems. Ranging from 2-axle lines and up, our self- propelled trailer systems can move 35 tons per axle without need for additional tractor equipment.

Our fleet of Heavy Haul Prime Movers can really get the job done. Powered by 550 horsepower engines and Neway Air Suspension Systems, our Prime Movers are rated at 330 thousand pounds, gross combined weight.
HYDRAULIC PLATFORM TRAILERS
Emmert International provides 6, 10, 14, and 18 line hydraulic platform trailers that can transport 35 tons per axle in single-wide configuration, and 70 tons per axle in double-wide configuration. Used in conjunction with our prime movers or wench systems, these platform trailers can pull the heaviest of loads.

Our state-of-the-art transport dolly is an elegantly simple solution to any tough transportation problem. This system has become the standard by which others are measured. Low-profile, wide tire dollies with hydraulic jacks, power steering, and full-oscillating turntables provide maximum maneuverability while dispersing loads.
To ensure Emmert International can meet the needs of our clients, we own and maintain a fleet of specialized railcars including a 12-axle Flat Deck and 20-axle Schnabel Railcar.
